The Associate Manager - Operations is responsible for supporting the seamless execution of daily retail operations across stores under his Area Manager. The role will oversee operational tasks, stock management, store performance analysis, staff coordination, and vendor management, contributing to achieving Retail Discount objectives and maximizing stores performance.
